1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 99nbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 99nbaji website, mobile application, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of 99nbaji. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms apply to all versions of the 99nbaji platform including the desktop website, the Android mobile application, and any future platform versions. Where specific products or promotions carry their own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms are to be read alongside these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the supplementary terms for that specific product or promotion will prevail with respect to that product or promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 99nbaji is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the criteria listed below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on 99nbaji. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. 99nbaji takes the protection of minors seriously and employs age-verification procedures. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all gameplay records will be voided, and any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 3. Account Registration

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

3.5 Account Closure by Player

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the finance team within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically returned to your nominated payment method within 1–3 working hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete the full KYC verification process as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 99nbaji does not perform currency conversion. Deposits made in any other currency will not be accepted by the platform's cashier.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

99nbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies as a default. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games count toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Certain game categories — including live casino table games and sports betting accumulators with odds below 1.50 — may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering calculations.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Once expired, bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Players are encouraged to check the validity period of each promotion before accepting.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. Unless a promotion is explicitly described as available to all players, it is intended for individual player use and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared. 99nbaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have accepted a running offer.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

99nbaji is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Any breach may result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the platform, including placing bets, spinning slots, or navigating the cashier.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors in the sportsbook to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a clear pricing error or software malfunction are void.

6.2 Sportsbook Integrity

Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account. No winnings will be paid in respect of a voided bet.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where 99nbaji reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in any of the prohibited activities described in this section, the platform reserves the right to suspend the player's account immediately pending investigation, to freeze the account balance during the investigation period, to void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, and to permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a breach. The player will be notified of the outcome of any investigation via the email address registered to their account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99nbaji platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and proprietary tools — is the intellectual property of 99nbaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.1 Limited Licence to Use

99nbaji grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit in any commercial manner any content or software on the platform.

7.2 Restrictions

You must not copy, scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any part of the 99nbaji website or its content for any purpose without prior written consent from 99nbaji. You must not use any automated data collection tool — including web scrapers, spiders, or crawlers — to extract data from the platform. Any unauthorised use of 99nbaji's intellectual property may result in legal action.

7.3 Third-Party Game Content

The intellectual property in those games remains the property of the respective game studios. 99nbaji operates as a distributor of those games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events may cause temporary service disruptions. 99nbaji is not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

8.2 Gambling Losses

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome of gaming activity. 99nbaji does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred on the platform, provided that those losses result from fair, properly functioning game outcomes and not from any platform malfunction or error attributable to 99nbaji.

8.3 Third-Party Services
